Courtney Shepler
Graduate Student Researcher
Courtney is a third-year Doctor of Audiology student at the University of Pittsburgh. She attended undergrad at The Ohio State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Hearing Science. Her primary clinical interests involve adult and geriatric audiology services, and she would also like to work with musicians. She is an R25 TRANSLATES Scholar, working with Vibha Viswanathan and Hari Bharadwaj on research looking into temporal-coherence-based segregation in people with sensorineural hearing loss. Outside of school, Courtney likes to attend concerts/musicals, play clarinet, hike, travel, crochet, and spend time with her cats (Marshmallow and Mae).
